Received the title in the mail today, and check out the original window sticker that came with it!

Here's how the XJ sits now

I need some new wheels and tires soon, and I am thinking about some Cragar Soft 8's and some Mud-Terrains. Any suggestions?

Nice Jeep man! You scored on that one. I personally like the Icon's, but soft 8's would look nice too. I just got my soft 8's on today.

Those chrome tow hooks stick out like a sore thumb, they'd look good black. I can't get over how clean your jeep is.

Depends on what you're looking for and what kind of driving you usually do.

In the southeast you need mud terrains if your doing any type of wheeling.

Great lookin' rig! Definitely a great find! :-) Where you are at, I would go with the KM2s, as others have suggested. I love my Kevlar MT/Rs, but we have a lot more rocks in Colorado. ;-) Welcome to your new addiction. :-)

Awesome xj, looks so clean with those tires and lift. Reminds me what my black 98' looked like when I bought it other than the lift. I was just in the market for tires and I was set on all terrains. I was between the bfg at and the goodyear wrangler duratrac. For the amount of on road driving I do I should of went with an all terrain however ended up with an MT. I was torn between the bfg km2 and the goodyear wrangler mt/r with kevlar. I went with the kevlars and have so far been very happy with them. Depending on how many miles I get out of this set next time around il get these again or the km2. Maybe even a Mickey Thompson.

Dang! This is one heck of an XJ man. Limited, black, low mileage. Lucky! Saw your post asking what wheels you should get. IMO you should keep the stock wheels if you can. And if not maybe sell them to me! Haha. I'm in Cherokee County.

Thanks! I think I am leaning toward the soft 8s. I will sell my wheels in the next few weeks! If you really want em I can put you on first right of refusal!

Wheels and tires or just wheels? Any idea about how much you'll be asking?

Plot Twist: I order Cragar Soft 8's and they somehow get lost during delivery. Salesman offers me a price check of Mickey Thompson Classic 2's for the same price as the Soft 8's. I take it.

I will put them on tomorrow...
