So you welded the tops of the pins, cut the bottoms of the hinges and the pins accordingly and that's it? Doesn't sag or anything? Usually when I see it the bottom pin is long enough to go through both holes on the body.

I didn't weld the top pin, and both pins only go through the top of the hinge, it sags a lil when the doors open but lines right up when it's closed. It's the simplest and easiest way to do quick disconnect doors in my opinion.

So you could get a dremmel in there to cut the hinges and stuff with the doors on?

Sounds easy enough.. Just a little dremmel handiwork and taking the helper thing out. Then the electrical deal. Well thanks for the help I'm goin to try it

That's pretty cool so when its closed it muffler and tail pipe, open is just off the cat?

Cops, the local 5.0 doesn't really care about loud exhaust but when I leave my town I don't want to give them any more of a reason to pull me over. And I think it's cool to have an exhaust dump on my jeep lol who else has one? I'm shure I'll find all the advantages and disadvantages of it eventually.

Gotcha. Hey, if that's your thing. It's certainly different. I've grown to liking a quiet exhaust in my old age.
