I checked it out on mapquest, its only a lil over two hours for you. If you could get a couple of your buddies together and make a weekend out of it, it would probably be worth it. There is enough there to keep you busy for the weekend.

I needed to be able to mount my spare tire someplace now that the jeep has been chopped up. I chose to mount it on the roof using a baja style mount. I started with a spare tire mount from a yj and mounted a 1 1/4 in bolt thru it. I used 1/2 bolts cut to 1 inch length and welded in to were the old studs were, this allows the tire to be centered on the mount. I then welded 1 inch round stock on to the 1 1/4 nut to make a giant wing nut. When its mounted on the roof it will be secured to the cage so I know it wont go anywhere. I still have to make up those mounts and I will post some pics when I do. I also still need to paint the mount and will post of a pic when that is done.
