Thats what I have on my xj.

Also my brothers wrangler.

My xj came this way?

you sure it has the double cardan? If so, it was an aftermarket addition. The standard driveshaft (on the rear) is a two joint.

Don't know what I was smoking. No double cardan.

However my diff angle points towards the transfer case. Just like in the picture of the double joint. From factory.

Well, I appreciate the info guys! I went over to lowes last night and picked up 1 1/2" washers, and 2"bolts, popped them on and no more vibes, I made sure of all the clearances under the hood, fan etc, all were good. This should buy me some time before an sye...
