Just woke up and found my new bumper waiting for me outside next to the XJ.
Here's my review of it so far. I'll post pictures of the craftsmanship later. Hopefully this helps some folks decide on who to buy their new bumper from.
Packaging:
This thing was wrapped and packaged very carefully. All corners were protected and all bare metal was covered to protect from scratches. Mine arrived with zero dents, dings or scratches.
Quality:
I went to pick up the bumper and holy wow...talk about heavy duty. This thing is heavy and rugged. JCR definitely did not skimp on materials or quality.
I went over all the welds and I must say they are top notch welds done by professionals. These are not built by backyard fabricators or amateurs honing their skills and the quality difference definitely shows.
Installation and fitting:
Haven't installed yet. I still need to sand, prime and paint before installation so I'll edit this later.
Overall:
I'm extremely happy with my purchase from JCR and the quality of the bumper. I will recommend them to others and I will sport the JCR decals on my XJ with pride knowing that they're a quality business.
10/10.
