Also would it be possible to make them "thicker"? as in from top of the bumper to bottom of the bumper while facing the front of the jeep? Id like the side profile to be "thicker" if possible. IDK if thicker is the best word to use but you get the idea... lol

The front ties into the unibody, the rear uses the stock 8 bolts but shouldn't be hard to fab up some tie ins if you have a welder.

You can reuse the bolts from the rear (rust permitting lol) and the front you'd have to buy some to add to the 3 you can reuse from the steering box, the sizes and quantities are posted a few pages back.

i painted mine with bedliner myself yesterday, not sure what he uses though

got 'em on yesterday, little fussy with the front, but that's because i got in a front end collision and tweaked the frame a little. They are built like a brick house. hardest part of the install was getting my stock ones off. If Leonard made sliders, i'd buy those too.

Overall another satisfied customer, i recommend his products

I dont know about his personally as i bought mine bare... BUT...

#1) Prep, prep, prep!!! The better prep work u do before applying anything the better. Wire wheel the hell out of em then coat.

#2) Depends on the product being used. Cheap rattlecan beadliner wont hold a candlestick to monstaliner, line-x, etc. Me personally, i bought a gallon of chassis saver, some premium brushes, apply a few coats, then ill hit em with gloss black rustoleum so i dont get too much UV fading & they stay nice & shinny.

#3) Also depends on how much u bump & bash ur bumpers so the question will vary from user to user. You can always get em powdercoated which im now thinking of doing depending on cost!!
