I'm basically looking for a lighter weight but strong bumper. Or go with a stinger on the stock bumper.

Over the limit
I ordered a bumper from you over two months ago. I have called you numerous times as well as sent you emails in regards to me getting an idea of when my bumper will be done.
In one email you told me you would throw in a prerunner tube to make up for lost time. You seemed very sincere about my needs and apologized for the time it has taken to get the bumper shipped to my door, but that was over 3 weeks ago.
How long does it take to produce a front winch bumper with sides?

Before you buy this bumper, please be aware of the wait. He builds great bumpers at a great price, but it takes a while. You ^ might be the 100th person who has posted something like that. I think it's more your fault for not looking at previous posts and expecting your bumper to be done quicker than everyone else's.

Geezus people, chill the out. Many people have ordered bumpers from this guy, my buddy included, and have gotten it. You ever stopped to consider that he builds these things on the side. I'm sure he has a wife and family, as well as a normal job. So many people order these things and only one person is cutting, welding and painting them. So seriously, STFU and chill out. They're worth the wait.

No not at all. l
Like he said a page or so ago, something came up so its been taking him longer than normal. There was no misleading as he didn't know it was going to take that long when he quoted you a time frame. Your not buying from Rustys or some other big business here, your buying from a single person making these bumpers who had no replacement to make the bumpers should he not be available to work on them. That means if something comes up, production stops. Dealing with small companies requires you to give them a little slack. Now should you be buying from ARB, more power to you to complain, their bumpers are laser cut and they have quite a few people to work on them. However.. your not. Be patient. Guys doing the best he can making these hundreds of bumpers by hand himself. The time frame he gave you was the normal wait for a bumper should everything go normal.. things didn't go normal.. Things came up. Time period changed.

I was a previous customer of Leonard's, i ordered my bumper on Dec 12 knowing it would take some time (so i could get it by summer) i got my bumper sometime in February (forgot the exact date). I emailed leonard and he said it was going to take a little longer than expected. I didnt complain, i didnt rant in here and cry like a baby. I get complements on this bumper all the time, i love it. I wouldnt want any other bunper even if it was offered to me for free.
Leonard, you make a great product. Some people just don't understand the amount of work that goes into them with only your help.
Thanks again Leonard!
