Yes I could but the price would depend on how many colors you wanted or if you wanted it just white so you can still see threw some of it. And my plotter only cuts 34" wide so I would need to cut it in pieces and then fit it together which I can do no problem, your probably looking at like $65 plus what ever it takes to ship it. for that big of a size,

It would probably around 4-6 pieces but I can put it all together as one before I send it, and yes I include instructions with every order, but I would have to find separate ones for wet i have always done dry for decals before.
