these are a grind to fit, they are cut pretty exact but some grinding is required for install depending on bumper brackets and trac bar mount. . they go from the front bumper mounts to the lower control arm mount, and from spring hanger to spring hanger. they hang a hair below the frame rails so you can weld bottom plates on if you'd like.

Better than what? Any good after market or custom bumper should have frame tie ins that will sit over these, or these can be tied into the bumper brackets with some trimming.
