Hello all.......it's been a l-o-n-g time. the old XJ has been in storage for personal reasons for a while. Brought her out -and- Damn !! No A/C - NADA.

Took it to a reputable mechanic I know and he essentially told me I needed almost everything except a compressor and Accumulator. Although I've always trusted him, another friend and excellent mechanic concurred. 80% of the A/C components were "shot."

Voila !! $800+ later, not to mention a 10-day wait and she's blowin' cold - even in this near-100 degree weather we've been having in SW Michigan of late.

Just to top it off and complete this job I called the fella who did the work and told him I'd buy a new Accumulator/Drier with hopes he's install it and recharge "on the cheap."

He went me one better.....will install for a a couple of beers after his work day is done -but- somehow the brackets are missing and the component is just kind of hanging there.

NEED the circular "band" + other mounting brackets for the drier, so it will sit in a stable position.

Anyone having these bits and pieces that are not rusty or corroded all to heck please reply at the email address below. Will pay a fair price + shipping for the parts via PayPal. If you want to keep it "kosher," go ahead and set up an eBay listing and I'll follow your link there if you want. Am not concerned as I have a 900+ "100% feedback rating and have been a member since '98.

Hoping to hear from someone who can help. Remember this is NOT the 2001 drier....it's the black cylindrical drier used on most 2000's and back to '99 at least. Engine bay is clean, so I need parts that are reasoanbly clean, or at least not rusty and paintable if necessary.
