I don't have either but fixed my blower motor resistor for $2 get a thermal fuse at radioshack and splice into stock resistor. Cut old one out. I will see if I can find the write up on it its really easy.

Well my gf's is leaking.. I suppose I could take it out clean it up.. Cut the tubes and reconnect. That is if it's not broke.. Would that work? Never took one off, not sure if I'm missing something or not. I'm hoping it's just the tubes maybe cracked and not valve itself. Does that happen? I haven't had time to take a closer look.. I'm sure the whole system needs flushed as well. I saw some gunk in the radiator cap.. I've just been topping of all the fluids every week... 210k miles.. I guess it could be worse.
Also it now shuts off at stop lights.. But only when I push the gas.. It idles fine.. as soon I switch from brake to gas to stalls.

Stalling could be a few things mine did that. I did a tune up and was good idle air controller distributor cap spark plugs and wires. As far as heater valve I have no clue. Sorry
