I just picked up a HP D30 out of a 97 or 98 & now seeing what I have to do to rip out my ABS, not Sure I want to do the swap. Where do you live?

I have a 8.25 out of a 96 fresh fluid and comes with brakes.
Has a rocky road outfitters diff guard $125 with diff guard $50 without.
