Do y'all think an auto shop can diagnosis the actual problem? Also my jeep sometimes idles really low, anyone have any thoughts on that?

mine 180,000 miles
stalled when cold, if you kept foot on gas til warm then it would be fine.
replaced tps....no change
cleaned iac....no change
new upstream o2 sensor, FIXED.
downstream o2 was done year or two ago when i did new cat converter
thought i had read somewhere that the computer doesnt read the o2 sensor when cold so thought it couldnt be the culprit....but replacing it solved it.
