Temperature gauge reading around 208, blower fan works on all speeds, blend door does work. Checked temp of heater hoses going and coming from heater core with IR Thermometer both hoses reading around 185 both really hot to touch and cannot hold on to them. I have flushed out the heater core. Any suggestions would be great!

 

well you need to make sure the vent door is working, there is a door that directs the air from the blower either through the A/C evaporator in the dash or through the heater core, depending on the position of the door, if your hearer hoses are hot and you say everything else is ok, than i'd look at the door. my 91 has a cable drived door, but i'm sure your 01 has either an electric one or a vacuume operated door. but it's a place to start. good luck

 

When you flushed the heater did you flush it both ways ? and how did you flush it ?
