See if dealer has one, you'll pay more but will get an NTK. Otherwise, I'd probably spring for a Bosch. The 91 and newer 4.0 can be a bit finicky with Bosch oxygen sensors but in my experience they work fine with many.

This appears to be in stock. If not, you may have to "bite the bullet" and get the Mopar from RA for the long term, or buy one of the cheaper ones while you wait for an NTK to become available.
