Default 0331 TUPY

I just wanna double check that this head 0331 TUPY is a newer version of the bad 0331. I got one from a 04 grand cherokee 4.0 powertrac I think. Not sure about the powertrac. But for sure a 04 grand cherokee.

If the cylinder head is used have it checked to make sure it's not cracked/warped.

If it's from an 04 Grand, it's a TUPY. The word TUPY is stamped inside of the valve cover on the head itself, can't remember exactly where. Look for it.

And yes, I'd pay a machine shop to go through it and check it for any warpage. Well worth the money charged.

Between cyl #3 and #4? Or that's where the crack usually occurs...
