the needle valve is inside the float chamber. You won't be able to see it unless you take the top off the carb. It will be inside another brass fitting with the float underneath it

Ok I took the carburetor apart and found that I had the fuel going in the wrong inlet. Jeep runs ok now. I think a little bit of adjustment to the carburetor and it will be driving. Thanks for the help.
