1989 Cherokee only starts if I put a little fuel in throttle body
I have noticed I get no injector pulse on cranking. But they work fine when running.
Bad wiring? Bad Pcm?
I have
Remaned bosch injectors
new battery
new fuel pump
31psi fuel pressure at the rail

I'd almost suspect a weak crank sensor, but you're getting spark? On an 89, the Renix PCM controls the positive to the injectors, and they share a common ground.

I suspect a weak CPS, but your fuel pressure is also low.
