1989 wire harness help.
Rats got to some of my wires coming from the the main two connectors. I’ve repaired two. As I was was working my way back down the harness I noticed a number of wires that looped back and terminated. Now I’m not sure if a couple of these curl back and connect to the other connector or what.
the blue/white stripe, black/white, white/black has no wire that I can see from the loom.
the violet/white, white/black,are coming from both the upper and lower connector. Doesn that mean they need to be soldered together?
there are a couple others that I’m not sure where they go.
can anyone confirm what wires come from the connector that terminate and go to nothing?

I found a perfect harness. But instead of swapping the entire harness out I decided to just use the good connectors and splice into the harness. Removing the damaged areas only.
seems very straight forward because all the wires are unique except the three 12 gauge red wires. Looks like those just pull power from the battery so I’m guessing I don’t need to keep the same arrangement when soldering those together?

Your mystery 12GA Red wires may be Fuse Link wires.
If they are each Red wire was placed there to supply up to 50 Amps of power to something from the Battery.
Or they are just 12 GA wires that are supposed to be connected to a Fuse Link then on to something that needs power to protect the wiring.

I added one more line to my original post.
