What thread is it supposed to be, and what working pin out/plug? Do you have a picture of the right one? The thread call out on NTKs description looks to be what the O2 sensor in the box has.
I can't return it, so I'm f'd either way it seems.

Got it figured out.... My memory is fading it seems... That's why I have always taken good notes...🙄 after some memory searching on the book face and throw old posts on pirate 4 by 4 I found that I had an issue back in 2013.....
So, story has it that on October 3rd, 2013, in batchawana canada, on trail 23.....
It was the maiden voyage for this version of my Jeep...
At some point the wiring harness to the 02 sensor touched the exhaust and melted the plug, shorting out the electrical system. The only plug we had that would accept the pins, we used.... Hence the incorrect plug and wiring.... The odd ball thread is a result of rust, and traded material between the old 02 sensor and the mounting bung.
i swapped in the correct plug, triple checked the wiring against 2 different FSMs I have, and ran an tap thru the mounting bung....
She starts, idles, sense happy.
