Which side of the TPS did you check? The flat plug or the square plug?

Well after checking the CPS(and all the other sensors) and cleaning all the connectors(and I mean all) it was still having issues when my fuel pump gave out. so I am just starting from the top. so I dropped the tank and had it cleaned(did have some rust inside) now that its clean I'll be putting it all back together tomorrow. So here is my train of thought.. I have replaced the fuel filter like 4 times and the pump twice so I am thinking that a dirty tank is plugging the filter and making to much back press. and killing the pump. and having a clogged up filter won't let me get enough gas when I punch it.

Make sense? or is this just me lol

Thank you again for all the help guys!!

the cps runs close to your exhaust and if u didnt take the time to zip tie it back in a few places u could have gotten it melted on the exhaust just my 2 cents

Can't hurt to clean out the tank, especially after all that. Just sort of a side note, your pressure was just a few pounds high at 33. Fine I would guess. 31, then going up 8 or 10 Lbs with the vacuum line off the regulator is the spec. It crossed my mind that you might want to see if indeed it does go up when you put your foot in it and the vacuum drops. Or maybe your done, time to go wheelen!
