Default 1995 to 1998 parts compatibility

Hey everyone, new here. recently wrecked my 98 classic, basically needs all new front suspension and steering parts. Not sure but possibly front axle also. i have been looking for a donor vehicle as new parts would be way too expensive. my question is, would parts from an older cherokee fit mine? i have found a few 1995 cherokees either being parted out or sold for parts. just wondering if the parts were compatible. And how about newer models, like 99 and newer.

any help would be appreciated.

or if anyone knows of any cherokees being parted out in my area let me know, im about half hour north of pittsburgh, pa. near butler.

thanks

The suspension and steering parts will change right over. The front body parts will too, but they look a little different.

x2 on suspension body panels will have a few issue's but will work with a bit of drill ing of mounting holes, on some models for some odd reason.

Thanks guys, found a donor 96 for $500. Im going to take as many parts as i can then either part it the rest of the way or scrap it. I dont have to worry about the body, all the damage was underneath. Jeeps may be able to crawl over 2 foot high obstacles but dont hit one at 40mph!
