Default 1995 jeep cherokee won't start. video included

I went out to my jeep on the 15 and it won't start. I tried charging it but it looks like it won't hold on a charge...

When I turn my battery charger up to 200 amps then the needle moves pass the midpoint but it Still won't turn over.

For starters, I would suspect the battery. The only way to truly test it is with a 'load test'. Free at most auto part stores.
Also closely examine battery cables for any signs of corrosion or fraying.

Definitely take a look at the cables. It sounds like it has enough nuts to start it.. Any other signs of an issue?

what do you mean nuts? And as far as cables, do You mean the battery cables?

yeah it use to be hard to start it for the pass month or two I thought it was because of winter. I would turn it on and it would fail to start .Then the second time or third it would start.

lol. Sounds like it has enough power to start, the cranking sounded like it should with a good battery, but yes the battery cables.
