Replaced radiator, thermostat, water pump, radiator cap. Still overheating. N. Nevada. Does not want to idle in the heat. Yes goes down when I turn on the vent. Help?

more info needed
an XJ will quickly run up to 105C if left to idle in warm weather
This is completely normal, and the electric fan is programmed to switch on at that temp
This should stabilise the temp so it rises very little. If it is not to hot the fan will cycle on and off
It is hot ambient (80F+) the fan will likely run continually, but the temp gauge should stay the same, never rise to red or boil
The XJ has a marginal size radiator
Typically, turning the heater on to full blast, max fan, if that causes the temp to fall when nothing else works, means radiator is not doing its job
