Default 1996 XJ runs ruff please help!

Hi all as my post says its runs ruff but only when it feels like it, but more when i use my A/C. It starts fine and drives fine, it has no fault codes. After the engine has warmed up and especially if i use me A/C and pull up at lights or a stop sign sometimes it just wont drive away it coughs and farts and backfires thru the manifold and may even stall then if i put it in park and rev it hard it slowly goes away, may take 10 seconds and even up to 5 mins! It can run perfect even with A/C for weeks then days like today its just hopeless. I live in Australia and Jeeps are not credited for being capable offroaders here compared to the Nissan Patrol or Toyota landcruiser and i cop enough grief from my mates as it is! I love my jeep and just want it to run nice so i can show them what its capable of.
Its the rarer single rail fuel injections with no return line and is around 35PSI at idle but starts and drives perfectly fine till i come to a stop start and this is only occasionaly it does it. me please!

I had a similar issue when I fist bought my 96 xj. My O2 sensors were fried. For some reason it didn't throw a code. Pull them. If they are black replace them.

The voltage with all accesories running drops to 13.2v at the battery from 13.75v, on the gauge on the dash it drops down from just under 14v to about 11v. I pulled apart the alternator and replaced the brushes, the battery is new and cables are all in good condition. The motor is the 4.0litreHO. Also the cars max power is about 3/4 throttle if i peg it to the floor the car slows down so i just back it off a little and it roars to life. The front O2 sensor is a brand new denso the rear looks clean but i have a spare bosch i might change it with.

Also when i come to a stop the jeep hesitates and the revs drops almost to stall for a split second then picks back up.
