Default 1998/2000 Frankenjeep....horn won't work

So I bought my son a Jeep Cherokee last summer as his first car, but turns out I liked tinkering with it better so now he has my Focus and the Cherokee is my daily driver. I call it Frankenjeep since the VIN on the dash says it's a 2000, while the engine bay says it's a 1998. LOL Well, the guy I bought it from did say it had a rebuilt "front end".

The horn has quit working. I replaced the fuse, still nothing. When I push on the horn pad (or whatever the technical name is) I do hear some kind of clicking noise from somewhere around that fuse block, but I'm clueless. Any ideas?

And while on the subject of horns.....are there TWO mounts for horns on a Cherokee? I could swear I saw one on the left side too!

Yes there are two horns. One on left and one on right. They are bolted to that triangular bracket that bolts to the frame and the fender well. Make sure those bolts are tight. They are run off of ground.
