The part number for the drivers side reinforcement is 55174759AB. Did a quick google and found a few listings that seem to be in stock, like http://www.quirkparts.com/oe-mopar/55174759ab
the mount that is connected to the floor seems fine - the threaded bolts are holding up.
However, the holes that are located underneath on the seat, on the L and the R, have both sheared off. The bolts can't do their job and hold the front of the seat down. Currently I have metal zips holding the seat from going backward on me when accelerating. Huge safety issue!

Can anyone point me to the parts I would need to fix this? Basically, I think I need the part that goes under the seat, which takes the threads that are mounted to the base.
Can you get to the other side of those holes to slip a thick washer back there (inside the seat), along with a nut to clamp it all down? I have no idea what the threads are tho.
I didn't take any pics, but recently drilled through and repaired broken welds on my seat with 1/4 inch carriage bolts on my 90. Not sure if that applies here. Btw this tread is pretty old, the OP might be long gone. (original poster)
So i finally got over to the local welding shop and had the floor pans i ordered from Quadratec welded in. I was not happy with the craftsmanship at all. All the guy did was drop the pan in on top of the rusted metal, tac weld about every two inches around the edge, and called it good. NOT what i wanted for my $200. Oh well, live and learn. Won't go to that place again. But hey, at least I'm not dragging my toe nails in the mud any more. So my plan is to raise it up at the MWR Auto Skills Center DIY garage here on post and cut out all the rusted metal, then squirt some seam sealer in the cracks to make it water tight and keep out the cancerous rust causing moisture. Anybody else got a better idea? Short of cutting the entire thing out and having someone else do it right?
Unfortunately cutting it out and doing it right is your best option. Did you express your disappointment with the welding shop? I would have.
When it comes to floor pans that your seats are bolted down to I would want it done correctly. Hopefully you never have to test how well they are secured in a collision, hope for the best but plan for the worst.
Otherwise you can try to use some rust reformer or POR-15 in an attempt to neutralize the rust as much as possible. That would be the much less expensive and less labor intensive route.
Sorry to Necro post! I have a '98 where the front seats rear cross member is rotted. I cannot find info on this cross member but the left side of the driver seat is practically falling out of the car. What should I do about this broken cross member?
