Default 1998 Cranks but no start and no key light on dash

Hi all, I've recently picked up a 1998 RHD (UK) non runner diesel XJ. I've tried and tested loads of things but it seems like the diesel injection pump just isn't being told to give any fuel.

I'm currently on the line of thought that it's related to the SKIS light not coming on at all on the dash. From what I've found an immobiliser issue should let it start then kill the engine after a few seconds, but that light should also come on then go out with the ignition. The SKIS module has power and grounds by the key. All fuses are good, a known working bulb is in the dash. I was able to get code 66 out of the dash with the key on/off method.

Some background, the injection pump will give fuel if the electronic controlled top half is physically moved to force it to full throttle so the pump does work. I've ohm tested the elctronics and all checks out, and even swapped another unit on with no change.

ECU has power and grounds where it should, wires between ECU and pump all check out.

I've spent way longer than I would have liked on this but still have hope I can solve it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

1998 Honda Accord V6 Coupe, no faraway start, no alarms. Here is a few history. Had intermittent failure to begin for the duration of excessive temperatures days. >80 degrees. Engine cranks with now not trouble, dash dummy lighting fixtures are illuminated. Here is what I observed at some point of the failure. NO Green Key Icon on dash console. If I get the green mild it's going to start. Currently – will no longer begin in any respect and can not get the inexperienced key indicator to flash or show. Even turning the key off. Strangely I do random walk byes (cool off from net tips.) try to start it and it would. Immediately flip the ignition off, it fails to begin. What I tried: Original and further key. (works whilst it desires too) Checked fuses. (Visually appear ok, otherwise I wouldn’t get random begins) Opened the primary relay under the sprint to research the circuit board for proof of shorts or dark spots. (Nothing to document) Currently have the guidance column cover off to check Immobilizer connections plugs for looseness. (No change) Uncle! Any constructive advice welcome.
