Could I run direct wiring from the ecm to the obd and see if it will read then?

When you said you tested powers and grounds, do you mean at the data port? So you are getting power at the port? And the grounds for it are good? Not trying to ask dumb questions. Just want to make sure we all understand and don't have to assume. Another question as I don't think you stated whether you had check d the related fuses.

I tested it at the aldl(obd) port and at the ecm connectors and check every single fuse. One fuse was blown but it was unrelated and was replaced. At the aldl I got 59.8 ohms. Between the aldl and the ecm I got .4ohms ccd bus + and .4ohms ccd bus -

It was listed as an actual data bus issue. What they call a collision is the same thing you get sending data in an IT realm. Data being sent goes down the wrong path for several reasons and literally hits the traffic coming the other direction on over the same segment of the network.
So means there's something wrong with the actual circuitry. Which is why I suggested possibly trying a known good ecm to either resolve the issue or rule it out.
Sorry I missed this. Thank you for the explanation, and I should have gathered that. Different kind of collision.... Lol

I found something new that lead me to believe the ecm is good I ran a new ground from the ecm to the aldl still no link but I forgot my ignition on and went to go try one of my other ecms and as I pulled a connector and it sounds like a bunch of relays or sensors shutting off as I disconnected the ecm with power on but still no aldl readings no start and no dash gauges.
