Default 1999 Jeep Cherokee Starting Issue. PLEASE HELP

My 1999 Jeep Cherokee will start and only run for about 2 seconds in the mornings only. After it warms up and dew is dry it will start and run fine. It just started this week. No check engine light and no codes. I changed distributor and still having issue.

Is it getting fuel after those 2 seconds? If not, it could be the fuel pump ballast resistor which makes the fuel pump use less power a little after you start it.

Look for this: (its near the airbox)

And try directly connecting these wires when it doesn't start. So that they don't go through the ceramic resistor.

I don't believe a 1999 has a ballast resistor.

I don't think it is a fuel issue because once it warms up and the dew is dried it will start.
