I agree, I love my '99, but I haven't had any luck finding low-mileage examples around here... (Rochester, NY).

No difference in tire/rim size, right?

Casting #0331 is meaningless as ALL heads from 2000 to 2004 have that same casting number. They changed to the TUPPY heads in late 2002 but kept the same casting number of 0331. Unless your head has been changed it will have the one with the weak casting but percentage wise, many more have survived than cracked. In fact the percentage is low.
