in my podunk little town there's a few two doors, i know my boyfriend used to have one but it was junked. personally i think they look better with the four doors, two doored ones have a shorter wheelbase though don't they?

Both have the same wheel base but the 2-door looks shorter. I have had both a 2-door and 4-door and I think the 2-doors looks much cleaner and meaner. Just keep an eye on the hinges.

The 2doors XJ here in Greece where only for farmers and for companies and they where taxfree. My mother is a farmer that's why i have one. All of the 2doors XJ are models 88-94. After 94 you couldn't buy a Jeep or a SUV taxfree so they all buy 4doors.

You can find everthing but they are very-very expencive.
They asked for a tail light (not a pair) for XJ 1993 about $200 used and i buy a new pair from USA (after market) for only $180 (including shipping). The OEM pair was cost $150 in USA. A jet performance cost to me $500 with taxes and shiping from USA and here in Greece they asked $670. For a set of shocks MX6 I have to pay $700, For pro-comp 3.5" lift kit $1400.
That's why i want some one to send me parts from USA.
I also own a SAAB 1993 model and for the OEM electrical cooling fun asked $550 and i by it from the e-bay UK for only $80 (including shipping) used.

around here it's harder to find 96 and below 2 doors......unless u find dumb people who just treat them like crap but it's easy 2 find 97 and up 2 doors. they are just overpriced

Wayne I kinda agree it seems sort of regional. The midwest and southwest seem to have more than the east coasters do. We tend to notice them more if we either want one or have one.
