I too say the bendix or overrunning clutch is failing. New starter time.. But get the battery tested too.. And once you have it running drive in and have them test the charging system.

You've used 'turning over', 'cranking', and 'starting'; this leads to confusion since some people used the term turning over to indicate cranking and some to indicate starting. Please use cranking and starting and eliminate turning over from your vocabulary since it's the one that's most obscure. You also indicated that jumping the starter with a screwdriver made it spin but not engage the flywheel; is this what it does when you turn the key?

"I pulled jeep up 5 ft to see if it will hit the flywheel and still nothing." What do you mean there?

Well after 3 hours of investigating and checking every wire from ignition to fuse block to fuse panel under driver side dash And checking every ground on my jeep, we discovered that it was the big fuss under the hood, yea the one I checked and my buddy checked at the beginning of this issue. Those things will get you, lesson learned be patient when your working on your own hahaha thanks for all the help!

How does a bad fuse cause an intermittent no crank condition. Tell us more about this... There has to be more...

When I "turn key" I would have power to everything but no crank at all, I checked battery starter and all related fuses. Found out the fuse that says starter was bad. I replaced it and it cranked. I drive it home let it sit over night go to turn key and it does not crank doesn't even click at the starter.

I would suggest that you do this test as it'll narrow the problem down a lot. When it's in the 'not starting state' use a wire or something to jump power from the battery lead at the starter to the start signal lead on the starter and report the results.

The fuse probably blew while you were testing stuff and probably isn't related to the real problem unless it blows again and not while fiddling with stuff. You guys thinking that a blown fuse could have been causing this problem shows that you don't know what you're doing. That's not an insult, we're all ignorant to different things, just saying you should follow someone else's methodology to figuring out the problem. If I were there I'd probably have it figured out in a few minutes, it's what I do.
