I just replaced the front drivers door hinge pin and bushings on my 2001 with the dorman kit. Before i could grab the back side of the door and move it up and down with very much play. After i replaced the pin and bushings with the dorman kit, there is less play but i can still move the door up and down a good amount. It seems that the bushings that come with the kit are not tight fitting with the pin. Does anyone known of another door cooper bushings that will work with the xj door and fit better? Thanks Mike.
