2001 Jeep Cherokee change windshield wiper pump motor but I only have three and a hal
I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee I change the windshield washer solvent motor and it wouldn't work check the voltage I only have three and a half volts don't understand can't track it down can't figure it out there's something I can't find the fuse I mean it wouldn't be a fuse if I have something there so I'm not sure how to fix that anyone can help that would be awesome
