Exclamation 2001 jeep cherokee Electrical Problem

hey whats up everybody... so here's whats happening to me...
i've had this XJ for 4 years now, when i bought it everything seemed to be working to perfection... after a few days i noticed that while i was driving my radio would go off and come back on just like that. i didnt pay much attention since i had an aftermarket Pioneer radio... i thought " maybe water got it and damaged it" , so i didnt pay much attention to it.. after like 2 years i had the TPS sensor giving me problems so i changed it and the check engine light went off... after 3 days came back on and had the same problem TPS so i replaced the TPS again but this time with no success... btw. jeep was running perfect so i figured maybe was something else so i didnt pay much attetion to it... never again had a problem, now about a month ago my electrical systems went NUTS!! so i was offroading ( no water ) and i notice that the electric fan was runing non stop! i checked my gauges and the temperature was LOW when i say LOW i mean Less that 180 ( which we all know that neeeever happens on XJs ) so i figure there was something wrong with the relay, i shut off the engine and started it again sure enough the Efan was now off... so i kept on doing my thing crawling here and there.. after 10 mins my tempeture when over 218 ( thats when Efan should kick in ) but efan never came on... checked the 15amp fuse inside the cabin and sure enough.. BLOWN FUSE...changed it... SAME PROBLEM AGAIN.. while doing my own research i notice that efan wasnt working when the A/C was on... so i knew something was wrong, changed relay and that didnt fix the problem... from that day ( 6 days ago ) till today i have changed 7 blown fuses... but now im also getting all kinds of electrical problems like 02 sensor bank1 and 2... im getting a code saying shrt efan relay... i checked all my grounds and cleaned em... but nothing seems to fix the problem.. so i changed the fuse one more time and drove the jeep while driving i slammed the brakes and thats when it looked like it wanted to die and check engine light came back on... IM GOING CRAZY... AT THIS POINT I WANT TO HAG MYSELF ... and funny thing is i just finished installing 4;1 jk transfercase WHICH I LOVE IT... BTW IM IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING FRONT A REAR DANA 44s with lockers 5.12 gears, 35 spline chromoly axle shafts, RCV... so yeah... i dont have much money to spend on a f*&%$ electrical problem... btw my XJ is a 2 door 5 speed... so u already know thats a UNICORN ( very hard to find ) i really want to fix it and not to sell it

Have you ever driven thru water while off roading, where water got inside the Jeep, or around the PDC?

Yes, many times, but i never had this problem before... infact i had a 4 door and i've been deep in water and never had a problem with that. I removed the PDC and checked the connections and everything seem fine... i might have to look closer. Whats ur recommendation?

Driving through water is never a problem until it is....I avoid it like the plague.

The 01 and I believe the 00 have different conditions for the eFan. It does not come on with the AC unless the high pressure switch is tripped or a certain temp is reached. I believe CCKen can get you the details on that.

I myself have the same year and have had strange elec problems (still do).
Here's what I discovered to fix some of my issues (these can be quite common in NBS XJ's);
Cracked and frayed wires between driver door and body - replaced with good harness
Cracked and frayed wires between rear hatch and body - replaced with good harness
Heavily corroded RKS board in dome - cleaned with elec cleaner
Cleaned ground from batt to fender
Cleaned ground from firewall to rear of head

Next for me is to check and clean cluster connections (noBus error)
Remove RKS board (when I had this out I never had an issue)
Possibly replace headlight switch unit as it has cause my noBus error twice now

Here's a functional schematic I made of the 2000/2001 AC switch functions.
