Getting very frustrated with this Jeep.

First off if I missed a thread discussing all of this let me know and I will read through it.

I bought the Jeep back in May with a blow engine, so I never got to hear it run or see it run. This is fine not my first time replacing a engine in a Jeep. After replacing the engine with a new one from S&J engines I have it running and driving. The issue I am having is that it idles really rough like it is miss firing and has the check engine light on. I ran the code reader and got P0122 TPS is bad so I replaced it everything got worse from there. Cleared that code and it gave me one for a bad Cam shaft sensor, replaced that and it really went down hill from there. Then started getting the P0351,352,353 codes saying it was not seeing the Ignition coil 2,3 circuit. I replaced the coil pack with even worse results. At one point I got a code P1391 loss of cam or crank???? WTF

I did replace all the plugs with new copper ones before I even tried starting the new motor.

I'm at a loss of what to do next, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I did put all the old sensors and coil pack back on and it started up fine with a rough idle. still throwing codes but I don't have a reader anymore will have to wait until the morning to get it back. If I replace just one of the old sensors with a new one everything goes to hell.

Did you get all the grounds well connected at the dipstick mounting bolt. Bad grounding there will cause all sorts of problems like this. Did you test the TPS sensor, that it had good ground, good supply voltage and changed smoothly?

All my grounds are good. I did not check the TPS to see if it changed smoothly, but when I did get a chance to test drive it with the rough idle it was smooth when taking off at a stop sign and responded quickly when I pushed the petal to the floor.

Turns out my timing was off. Cleared all the codes drove around all day today and now its misfiring and giving codes for cylinder 1,4,6 random misfire.

So I ended up replacing the coil pack and a bad plug. Everything is great now, new motor runs great.

Just need it to pass smog lol
