Default 2001 Sport Accumulator/Drier pad vs block type

Hello all, does anyone know what the correct ac drier/accumulator part for 2001 xj sport would be? On rock auto there is pad fitting type and that was what is installed currently and I have the evap to drier hard line as well however the previous owner changed some stuff and remove an electrical connector... and I'm at a loss to see if that is the correct part or if it even matters as it appears both will work potentially? I'm currently replacing the entire system and want it to work as new. Thanks for any help.

What's your discharge line look like? That's the hose that goes from the accumulator back to the compressor. The connector should be for the pressure switch on top.

Here's a pic of the other style.

This is what was removed as the line is what burst due to overpreasure (I overfilled woops) but the low pressure switch was cut and spliced together with an incorrect switch as pictured.

random pressure switch that was just hard wired in so someone has cut the old connector off. I believe I have one on the way just wasn't sure if the parts were even correct once I found the spliced wires
