Default 2001 XJ Frame damage, rebuilt title transfer from WA to GA, failed GA inspection

I bought this jeep in 2015 while I was stationed up in Washington state. Knew it was a rebuilt title when I bought it, had seen the frame damage, 1st owner backed it into a brick wall with some force. Just moved back East to Georgia so I'm finally getting around to registering it in my home state. There's a state inspection process for transferring a rebuilt title, and it failed only because of this frame damage.
I've heard that frame work on these is notoriously a death sentence IF it needs to be repaired. Never thought this would need to be fixed, so I wasnt concerned by it.

Has anyone else had a similar experience where they repaired a frame damaged like this?
Taking it to a shop to get an estimate, curious what price i'll be looking at, and should I BTB and pay for it to get segmented?
Should i try to find a different inspector that might be lax and shrug it off?
Any advice here would be appreciated.

I really wanted to have this jeep for the rest of my life and pass it on, it's in solid shape mechanically, but not being able to register it is a problem. (And I know I oughta be a bit more proactive about the rust starting under there)

Furthest right crumple just behind left rear wheel, the rest is under the back hatch, next to gas tank.

This can be a problem BC in Washington when you retitle a salvage car the State Patrol does the inspection and in actuality they are ONLY checking that the replacement parts are not stolen, very little if any inspection for fitness of use.

The Jeep will have to go on a frame rack and be pulled, you have a lot of tweak there, I would say it can be pulled and get close to straight not sure what your inspectors will want to see, I would look into some weld on frame stiffeners being cheaper than replacing the frame section. If however the body panels look OK now they likely won't after the frame is pulled back to spec.
