Anyone have any prior experience with this lift? I'm aiming for about 3" of lift.

well the results look awesome. It would be nice to hear other people's results. i could totally buy an adjustable trac-bar with the money i'd save doing this lift instead of a new lift kit.
Anyone have any experiences with this lift kit?

I'm running a bastard leaf pack in the rear using s10 leafs. Happened to fidn some used 4.5" coils for the front but I was going to go to the yard and pull the v8 zj coils until I found them. I have a shackle lift aswell to level it out for the total 4.5"
3" is about maxed out on the stock CA's much more and you need to go aftermarket.

I am the one that linked this page in another post to show how to do a lift cheep. Heres what I wrote:
Dont whaste your money buying some companys kit. Go out and build your own. Especialy if money is an issue. Below is a pic of the kit I put on my wifes new trail rig. Its a 96 with a basterd packs and zj coil springs that got me 3" of lift. All together I spent $30 bucks at the junk yard for her lift.
This is a link to how to do a super cheep lift. I have done similer lifts on at least a dozen xjs not including the 3 I own and they work better than anything I have bought. And each one was under $100 and they got me 3 to 5 inches of lift depending on what I was shooting for.

I have been runing these lifts since the xj came out. The reason I put the link on it is because it pretty much explains every thing basicly how I would. I just dont have to type it. I have tryed every lift out there and on an xj with 3 to 4 inches this works the best. Because its the same kit that other companys sell you but for 1/4 the price.

Here is what it looks like at right now. Still not done with it yet. 3 inch lift, mild fender trim, 31/10.5/15 bfgoodrich a/t on stock rims, and bed lined sides. The back looks a little low but its not. I have 4 sand bags in the back for my truck, I have not taken out yet.
