Just had the same problem today. Luckily i tried starting it one hour early just to be sure and it didn't start (2001). I took the battery out and brought it inside for about 35 minutes (placed it next to my kerosene heater) and then went back out, installed it, and it fired right up.

Had this same issue with my TJ when it dropped below 10.

actually bowtie.... 99% of whats in those little red bottles is Isopropanol. wich is a form of alchohol that supposedly reacts to the ethanol in are tanks now. i was told not to use dry gas or stable in anything. they do make a stable that you can use though, i believe it is marine stable that has the correct formula for ethanol. the problem with this gas is you cannot let it sit long at all. it seperates

Actually the two alcohols don't react whatsoever (mix rubbing alcohol (isopropoyl) with Everclear or vodka (ethyl)...nothing happens, just don't drink it later). They just mix. Either way, the final result is you want the water to bond with the alcohol and get carried to away for combustion. As for the marine sta-bil, it's a crock. The regular stuff works just fine in any gas, or gas/oil mix. Diesel and above is a world unto themselves. And all fuel separates in time, but nothing that will do it within driving around from fill up to fill up, unless your fill ups are 6mo. to a year in between. And sta-bil works wonders (I still have the same tank of gas in my GMC from 2002), but it doesn't help with water in the gas.
