Just a thought..After you replaced the alternator are you sure it was charging properly? With a new battery and a bad alternator you can still start up and drive a long ways...It`s rare but sometimes the fusible links in the alternator wires can go bad.

The power locks were draining power when locked, pulled the fuse and I'm good. Just thought you guys need closure lol
