Thanks a bunch for the info Automan and JeepCoMJ. I would love to have it, but I can't afford to take care of it like it should. I'm lookin for somethin that would require little maintenance since I'll have my 89 to work on. If I had the spare time and money, I would ****** it up in a heartbeat. I'm hoping a few years from now I'll be able to find another one to restore and take care of, to continue my collection of the XJ. I want to eventually have an old diesel, a v6, a waggy, my renix, a mid 90s, a post 97, and an MJ from both the 80s and early 90s. I have many aspirations, haha. It's a shame that it might go to someone that doesn't know much on it, but I have to do what's financially better for me. Times are hard for a college kid, and it's technically my dad's money going to a car so I gotta listen to him also. He thought the jeep was cool, but he said to pass on it for now and find one later to work on.

Yeah it's a shame but I think alot of us are feeling the same pains.

Yep. a blast. I built a Z with a 3030cc stroker motor, triple Mikunis, custom suspension. Kinda miss it. Rolling start burnouts in 1st gear.....
