Question '86 2.8L Rear Main Seal

I've got a leaky rear main seal (imagine that) and I'm planning to replace in a few weeks. I'm looking for a video or tutorial of some sort on replacing the seal on this motor. Everything I can find online is for later models with the 2-piece seal, but it is my understanding that the seal on mine is a single piece. I would appreciate any tips or insights from anyone who has replaced the rear main seal on this year/engine XJ.

Thanks!

Are you aware that the distributor o-ring and intake manifold at the rear were very common leaks on the 2.8?

I've had the distributor ring replaced as well as the valve covers, but have not done anything with the intake manifold. I'm going to have to do some more looking to make sure nothing is going on with the intake manifold as well.

Currently the leak is running down and dripping off this plate between the bell housing and oil pan, but I also know this is basically the lowest point so it could be coming from anywhere above.
