new to the renix system im used to the newer years does anyone have any idea what this could be. if this makes any difference its on a 87 wagoneer limited. theres allot of things that mysteriously dont work leaning towards the ignition switch but im doubting it

 

Renix basically refers to the fuel injection system.

Your Jeep has 2 turn signal flashers. the turn signal flasher could be bad while the hazard one is good.

Does your blower fan and radio work? Parklamps work?

the radio does work but the lighter gauge lights clock nothing else works hardly the trans also shifts allot harder if that makes any sense like when you go to shift it into drive its really rough you have if that makes any sense i might just be used to my 92 because its butter smooth ive done some of your tips have not cleaned the c101 though will first thing tmrw and ill post back. ive done id say 1 ill do all 1-5 tmrw so ill let you know if i have any improvement or anything else starts to works

i will try this already did this to my 92 will do it to 87 aswell ill let you know my outcome tmrw hopefully it fixes my problems because it fixed my issues with my 92 i had the blower quit in it aswell as allot of the dash lights i was leaning towards the switch but wanted confirmation before i start throwing parts at it. also what exactly am i looking at on the bottom picture

thankyou cruiser for helping me today buying a ignition switch tmrw along with some electronics cleaner. if theres anymore tips or things i need to clean or be aware off let me know. probably this weekend i will eliminate that c101!

 

Tips 1 through 5 are highest priority.

I like having the c101 soldered though. It's just hard on your back.

 

cleaned the c101 helped it idle a little bit better also cleaned most of all the cennections i could find outside of the fuse block in the interior didnt have time to do the ignition switch will do it tmrw headlights still dont work nor does the turns so wish me luck
