Default 88 renix idle help

Ok a while ago I had stalling issues and revs to 3k on restart. put in and adjusted new tps has new CPs harness grounds are refreshed 101 is refreshed iac and throttle body is cleaned and on and on. lately it's been idling at about 900-1100 a lil high and popping from the exhaust. And when cold I shift to third gear it just stumbles on it's face hard til it's warm. What can I be missing ?

Sounds like maybe a vacuum leak.
Check for loose intake manifold bolts, loose or cracked vacuum hoses, cracked vac reservoir, etc.
Spraying starting fluid around fittings and intake gasket areas while it is running can quickly find a leak point.
Good luck!

I've checked the manifolds and for vac leaks no luck over and over maybe the vac canister is cracked it's pretty well stuck in the bumper. Can I take that junk out ? Or do I need it for something

You could remove it and plug the lines but you'll loose heater controls whenever you put your foot into it - the blower air will default to defrost vents. If it is bad you would have that symptom already though.

My vac reservoir ball was OK but the plastic lines were all rotted out. I relocated the ball to under the coolant reservoir tank and shortened he hoses.

If vacuum leak is not the problem and it sounds like you've covered most of the other likely suspects then maybe someone else has a good suggestion.

Best of luck.
