Yea i do, and i have tried that. Everything lines up. Plus i cut the tab off the dizzy so i could rotate it too maybe tweek it in better.. The only thing i have not been able to verify is the marks on my harmonic balancer. I cant find them, and i don't see a pointer. I know Piston #1 is TDC on compression stroke. I know the rotor lines up with plug #1 But unsure on my marks, would determine if chain jumped a tooth.

Yes is see them in this pic, But was un able too find them on my motor, There is some build up on the HB and front cover, Just didnt know where too clean or if they were even there.
ill clean it up tomorrow and see if my marks line up. ALSO i got a video on my phone that i will add on here.
In the video everything is a MESS, wires everywhere and the intake air box and everything is off but i have the same symptoms after i put everything back together.
Heres the video. http://s1288.photobucket.com/user/De...8d5b9.mp4.html Like i said it is a mess, But i have the same symptoms after i hooked everything up correct. Same exact symptoms, Idle may be alittle more worse now ( hooked up ) The little cut out spot on TB has a very strong vacuum pull when cold, once warm it stops and gets quit.

Elaborate on the vacuum on the throttle body.

The little cut out on top left of TB ( where IAC is a believe) whistles LOUD and has a very strong vacuum pulling through it. If i put my thumb over it for just a second, i have the imprint of that shape on my thumb from where it was sucking.
Also when i cover the hole, idle gets better.. Still No throttle response If i give it throttle it does the same thing, May shoot a small flame out of the TB.
Once i put everything back tgther, the vacuum hiss is quieter, due to the intake tubing and everything muffling it out. But i assume that's why i don't hear it is because that and the TB are pulling from the same confined space.

You have a big vacuum leak somewhere if covering that hole doesn' kill the engine rather quickly. That's the only place the engine is supposed to get air to idle. I wonder if some Bozo messed with the TB butterfly/linkage adjustment screw which is never supposed to be screwed with. .

HMMM... Idk? Is there a visual sign if that has been tampered with? Also... When i cover the hole, motor idles down but sounds "Better" than with the hole open. I have no idea where the vacuum lean would be coming from...
The little nipple that is to the right of the vacuum tower, what is supposed too plug in there? It is un pluged in the video.
Would this explain my "Lean" like condition? When i cover that hole, i don't hear any vacuum hissing.. Even if the intake manifold was loose or leaking.. would I hear that?
Wish i could find another jeep like mine and compare all my vacuum lines, or a detailed picture of everything lol.

From the looks of that.. I don't the vacuum motor hooked up to any lines. Nor do I have the air box hooked to any vacuum lines. Everything else is right. The egr and egr solenoid are hooked up the ought the vacuum tower
Would this cause a non running condition?
Map is correct along with everything other than what I mentioned
The nipple I was referring to is the one that goes to the back of valve cover
My vapor and air hoses arnt exact either, The hard plastic line coming from the canister by the coolant tank is not there, But old motor ran fine without it.
Does the BI-Metal temp sensor do anything in thoughts of making it un driveable?
I bought a new front and rear vacuum tower, it seems like there are more vacuum hoses on that thing there there is in that diagram?>

Really I don't want to distract...I watched your vid. If I could retard the timing by turning the dizy, I would...In this case, I might try advancing it a bit. (a little counter clockwise) If you have it on the edge, as soon as you gas it the puter is advancing the spark. Maybe enough to miss the terminal in the cap.

Ive tried both advancing, and retarding the timing. Doesnt seem too make a bit difference either way.. No noticeable change in the way the motor idles. Im starting too wonder if the vacuum issues i stated above would make it UN driveable.
Tomorrow i will try with the timing again, And try and fix all loose ends i have on the vacuum side.

INDEX the distributor. Don't just go twisting it. A big vacuum leak can be caused very easily by the vacuum hoses/pipes being in disarray.

The first thing I would do is locate the timing marks. If it's not visible when you've got #1 TDC, something definitely isn't right.
I'm not sure if these will help you out, but here's some pics of the top of my 90 engine (stock)
In these pics, the vacuum tube going into the throttle body in the top hole was incorrect, it's now in the bottom hole.
