Note from DJ regarding the removal and installing of a ChPS.

A little trick for decreasing your agnation is always remove the top bolt first and install at last! This well prevents the top bolt from dropping into the big cavity created if the ChPS moves; the bottom bolt is loosely holding in place which will plug the big hole. You don’t want to haft fish the top bolt out of the bell housing.

@@@Resolution@@@
so I checked voltage to the ignition module. And found that it was not getting 12v. So I traced it back to the ECM. And there are two wires, thicker then the rest and are yellow and red. I wiggled them and sure enough, the engine fired.....so I only have one more question. What is the best way to ensure those wires don't move. I think the yellow wire actually pushed in slightly. I really don't want to go to junk yard and snip a wire connector with a few inches of wire and solder the wires together..do you think if I jam a wire into that socket and snip the extra off.do u think that's the best way?. As u know it a pain to get that ecu out and back into position....

First off, NICE JOB!!!

Did the yellow wire snap into place when you pushed it in? Have you tried pushing/pulling/wiggling afterwards to see if it still started or not?

I don't remember if it snapped in. But I wiggled it and it still starts...not sure if I should jam another piece of wire in

You're likely just fine if you can wiggle/pull on it and the vehicle still starts.
