Angry 89 Jeep, Help!!!!!!!!

I just got a 89 Jeep Cherokee that my brother gave me outta his salvage yard, looks clean, has a lift supposedly just needed a harmonic balancer. I put the new balancer on, turns over just fine, no fire tho. So checked the coil, no spark. Installed a new coil, no spark yet.
So then I put on a cps (crank sensor) still no spark. I got to digging around on the thing and it looks like it has had a new computer installed on it not to long ago, along with the updated harness for the crank sensor. I am at a loss here, it also has a brand new alternator.
Any help would be great, I did go through and check a bunch of the wires and they all seem to test out good.

even a new CPS could be faulty...

where is it getting no spark from? are you testing from the distributor, or from the wire coming directly off the coil?

I am getting no spark outta the NEW coil, or when i put a plug in any of the wires and ground it out.
