Do you have a harbor frieght near your house? I think they have a fuel pressure guage tester for 20 bucks... I had one and it worked very well until i dropped it lol...
you can go to the local junkyard and get the injectors and clean them up yourself if you are on a budgit and many also service and put new o rings on them.. you can get them from...
Dodge Neon injectors. P/N 0280155703 for 98 and older XJs The 703 injectors can be had from any 95-97 Dodge Neon, Caravan, Grand Caravan, Stratus, or Plymouth/Chrysler Breeze, Voyager, Grand Voyager, Cirrus, or Sebring with the 2.0L or 2.4L 4 cylinder engines
or get them from a vender... up to you on the route you want to take
and stay away from airtex fuel pumps... you also do not need to drop the tank to do the fuel pump... just a fyi for you...

Well I went to harbor Freight and bought pressure tester. Checked Fuel pressure and it was 39 psi before cranking over and 31/32 when running. Not sure right now if that is good or bad. Need to do more research on that but my big fat gut tells me its my injectors. If so, then I will be checking out those that Rooster was suggesting.

39 psi should be correct for cranking or with the vac line disconnected.
You stated way back when in your first post that it ran well once started, so im a little confused how you got stuck with thinking it was a fuel injector/pressure issue? have you checked for injector pulse while cranking? can be tested with a test light real easy. Also the renix at WOT cuts fuel for a "clear flood condidtion" have you tested the TPS sweep, and check while cranking?
I usually stay out out cruisers thread cause he's usually spot on, but i didn'tsee any of the above mentioned. carry on

UPDATE
Been working lots of hours so no time to work on jeep......Well long story short....I was going to junkyard to see about picking up injectors today, but when I went to park the engine went nuts and revved clear up to around 7k or so and blew a rod through the block!!!!!! I never had a chance to shut her down. Now I will truly never know what exactly was wrong. I don't have the money to fix her so I had to junk her. This for me is a very sad day because I have to admit defeat! Thank you to everyone for all the help and information that you have given me!!!

About 31, with the line on the regulator, 39 off, (as said). (that's at least up to 90) I had a real booger of a time rounding up my 707's. Took me three trips. ( I had them in two, but clouds came over at a few minutes to closing and I couldn't see the numbers) Take good glasses and good light to see the itty biti, numbers. They are all black, with no red clip on the side. I found NONE in Neon's. Breeze and Sebring I think is what finally did it. might be it's the 2.4 that hadm'.
VV Here it says the pressure went up in 96 VV

Yup. I forgot my cell phone at home so my wife didn't know to pick me up. Only good thing was, I live close. I had her drive me back to junk yard to clean out my tools and give them the pink. Not nice watching them using a forklift to lift it up and take it away!!!

Sorry for not answering sooner, been working long hours...I was laid off back in september and I finally found another job. Unfortunately I won't have the funds to buy another one for awhile as we rebuild our finances. Right now I'm driving my wires car to work and i'm afraid to get it scratched, I work construction. So I am hoping that It will happen soon!!!! Again, thank you for all the info. and advice.
